Toe much information! Mark Wahlberg shares graphic details of his ingrowing nail with Ellen DeGeneres

When you think about movie stars getting injured, the accidents that spring to mind are usually dramatic... even glamorous.
A stunt fall, for example, or a tumble a la Naomi Campbell in some beautiful yet impossible to maneuver heels... but not, definitely never ever.... an ingrowing toenail.
Until now, that is as, because Mark Wahlberg is recovering after having a in-grown toe nail pulled out of one of his famous plates.

The Ted star has been in pain since last year and he finally decided to have the nail removed during a recent trip home to Boston, Massachusetts just this week.
And he got to show Ellen the results of his operation on her show this Thursday.
He said: 'The thing was just growing the wrong way... and the guy, Mickey O' Keefe, who played himself in The Fighter, his daughter-in-law, thank God, is a podiatrist (and she) came and cut half my toenail off.'

But instead of recuperating, Wahlberg had to hop on a plane and fly back to Los Angeles to promote his new movie Broken City - in a snowstorm.
The 41-year-old explained: 'I jumped on a plane... and there was two-and-a-half inches of snow (on the ground) and it was very bumpy... I'm feeling the pain.'
Broken City is Mark's baby; Wahlberg is a co-producer of the film, and stars with Russell Crowe and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
