His face appears bruised and swollen, while his hands are unmarked, which London claims proves he was the victim and not the aggressor.
The actor was arrested for his alleged violence during the brawl in a Scottsdale, Arizona bar on Sunday.
Proof of innocence? Jason London has claimed the
fact he has no marks on his hands prove he was not the aggressor at his
infamous Sunday night bar brawl in Arizona
The 40-year-old is currently being treated in hospital for a right orbital fracture, which extends down
through his cheek and into his upper jaw and mouth, a right maxillary
sinus fracture, multiple contusions, multiple hematomas, concussion,
multiple abrasions and a lot of swelling. The actor is claiming he was badly beaten by a group of people in an unprovoked assault.
In the newly released pictures he shows off his hands, which bear no red marks or scarring despite claims he punched a security guard in the face.
Eye for the ladies: Jason's spokesman has claimed the fight may have been caused by him looking at someone's girlfriend
The bar’s bouncer claimed the star
was hurt after they were forced to throw him out of the bar after the
actor punched him in the face. His spokesman told Radar: 'The details of the events leading up to the incident are still being worked out with the help of many eyewitness testimonies, with the testimony of individuals who were there with Jason for the duration of the evening, and with the recollection Jason does have.
'We will get to the bottom of the specifics undoubtedly.
'The charges against Jason indicate that he is the assailant in a "Multiple Victim Assault," as described by the bouncers to the arresting officer.
'It is a fact of note that Jason does not have one bump, bruise, red mark – not so much as a scratch – on his hands.
'Additionally, assuming that these four bouncers are trained fighters, which most are, that quickly becomes assault with a deadly weapon. Jason’s injuries clearly demonstrate skilled and intentionally inflicted injury and harm.'
And his spokesman claims the only reason he was arrested was due to the story provided by the stewards at the establishment.
He said: 'We do know that the police arrested Jason on charges of suspicion of a multiple victim assault based on one bouncer’s account and that one of the other bouncers corroborated his buddy’s story.
'Since that time witnesses have come forward to give an entirely different account of what they saw that does not match in any way the report given by the bouncers.'
Big misunderstanding: Jason claims he was at the
club with his wife, Sofia, pictured here last year at an event in
Beverly Hills, when a man accused him of hitting on his girlfriend
The representative said: 'This was not the result of injuries sustained due to a belligerent patron during routine removal.
'These are injuries sustained of a brutal attack using excessive force and deliberate and intentional beatings designed to injure and cause maximum damage. Which they did.
'Bars are institutions where there are drunk people who are sometimes inappropriate and even sometimes violent. It is the bouncer’s job to remove the problem and if it is necessary to use force in order to secure the safety of the establishment and patrons they are entitled to do so.
'It is not acceptable to retaliate with brutality once that has been accomplished.
'Jason’s injuries are consistent with a brutal attack with deliberately and expertly aimed landed shots to the head which, according to eyewitnesses, continued even after he was unconscious.'
His spokesman also said eyewitnesses at the bar have given no evidence the actor was being 'inappropriate or aggressive in any way.'
He added: 'Jason does remember in the midst of having a good time that someone said something about Jason looking at his friend’s girl wrong.
'Then he remembers being grabbed and dragged. The next thing he remembers he was coming to and the cops were arresting him.'
His version of events is in stark contrast to the police report, in which officers said London was drunken, obnoxious, instigated the fight and even attacked police.
And the owner of the Martini Ranch today told TMZ: 'We stand behind our security staff.
'We feel confident that when the time comes between witnesses, police reports and our surveillance footage, that the truth will come out and show that the comments by Mr. London and his people are clearly inaccurate.'
It had previously been claimed he was ejected from the Martini Ranch after he sneezed on a bouncer and then punched the security guard in the face when he demanded an apology.
Once placed under arrest, the father-of-one is said to have become belligerent towards officers, making homophobic slurs before then deliberately soiling himself in the back of the police car.
The actor is then reported to have said to police: 'I told you I'm happy as s**t.'
Bloody mess: A bruised and battered Jason London was arrested early Sunday morning in Arizona
As his mug shot shows, Jason was injured in the process of being thrown out, with visible bruises and scratches to his head, nose and right eye.
'Cops arrested Jason for disorderly conduct/fighting and assault,' TMZ reported.
However, it was when he was arrested that allegedly London launched his profanity-laced rant, telling police: 'Guess what fa**ot? I f***ing love this. I f***ing own you guys so hard.
'I'm rich and I'm a motherf***ing famous actor. F***ing look me up, bitch.'
The actor picked a bad night to misbehave, as police were already on scene at the nightclub to deal with a bouncer who had been stabbed just 30 minutes before. The incidents are not believed to be related.
