The star was hoping Liz & Dick would be her great comeback, but her performance earned pans from the critics.
Meanwhile last month the actress was arrested by police over an alleged nightclub brawl.
Lohan is said to have assaulted physic Tiffany Mitchell for flirting with her love interest Max Geroge, 24, from British boyband The Wanted, in a New York club.
Earlier on Wednesday it was reported how Lindsay's latest legal troubles might cost her half a million dollars.
The Liz & Dick star was reportedly in talks with clothing line Odaingerous to become its new spokesperson, but now the brand known for its edgy style is thinking of pulling out of the lucrative deal as they don't want to be associated with her.
'When Odaingerous first contacted Lindsay it seemed like a good fit because she was on the up-and-up,' a source told website RadarOnline.com.

'She had just signed to Liz & Dick and was supposed to have this great career comeback.
'But none of that happened, and now even her agents are hesitant that she won't get her act together.
'Not only was Lindsay going to bank on this deal ... $500,000 just for the campaign, but her people were negotiating extra for her to make any appearances.
'There was going to be an announcement soon about Lindsay being the face of the company, but they don't exactly want their spokesperson to be in jail.
