'I can’t wait until I have my children': Drew Barrymore open up about impending motherhood as she prepares to give birth to her first child

She is due to give birth to her first child in a matter of weeks.
And actress Drew Barrymore says she cannot wait to be a mother.
In a new interview with Haute Living magazine, in which she also discusses her new career as a winemaker, the 37-year-old pregnant actress opens up about impending motherhood.

Drew, who is known for her rocky relationship with her famous Hollywood family, says she is thrilled about starting a new one with husband of just three months, Will Kopelman.
'I didn’t have a traditional childhood. I did not have a strong family dynamic growing up, but I’m about to start a family of my own,' she says.
The Hollywood star, who has starred in hit films such as Charlie's Angels, The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates, says that she will not be putting any pressure on her children to follow in her showbiz footsteps.

'I can’t wait until I have my children,' she says. 'I love the idea that they don’t have to do something that they have no interest in, that they can do something completely opposite if they want to.
'I will be so surprised if they don’t want to do something involving food or wine or art, but I’ll be OK with it. I just want to build fun, great things for my family.'
Drew has been an actress since she first graced the screens in E.T at the age of just six years old.

But as she prepares for motherhood, she has also taken on a new career.
The Charlie's Angels star recently created her own wine label of her namesake.
